US authorities have seized two oil tankers with links to Venezuela in the span of several hours, including one that had evaded US capture for weeks. The Marinera, formerly known as the Bella 1, had its registration changed to Russia in recent days and was reportedly being shadowed by a Russian submarine when US forces boarded it.
