“A BETTER STRETCH FOR YOUR IT BAND” . 🙋‍♀️TAG SOMEONE who complains about their IT BAND and all they do is try to foam roll it with no relief!!🙋‍♂️ . 🏃‍♀️ At least once a week, we get messages on how to help with IT BAND pain, the conversation usually leads to the fact that the person has tried foam rolling their IT BAND, but with no prevail. There have been probably 100 posts on social media in this year alone that a foam roller isn’t going to physically stretch or ‘roll out’ the IT BAND (th
