CBC Indigenous Fawn Wood and Dallas Waskahat hosted the first all women's singing special in B.C. at the 4th Annual Stalew Powwow in Langley. The competition honoured Wood's grandmother Quay-Na-Wjt (Florence Thomas) and was the first time an all women's category has been held at a powwow in B.C., says Wood.
