During the 2012 Kennedy Center Honors, the surviving members of Led Zeppelin were visibly moved to tears as Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart performed a massive orchestral rendition of Stairway to Heaven. Robert Plant and Jimmy Page were seen smiling and nodding along as a full choir wearing bowler hats joined the stage to deliver the song's powerful climax in tribute to their legacy.
