The bump I almost ignored - it’s skin cancer. At my annual skin check with my dermatologist, I pointed out the small bump on my scalp. We scheduled a biopsy and sure enough… Basal Cell Carcinoma. It was hiding under the thickest part of my hair. I’ve never been in a tanning bed. I use sunscreen. I wear a hat! But here we are. The good news is, we found it early! 🙌🏼 It’s very treatable. So, I will have surgery this week to remove it. That means I will be off of the anchor desk for a week or so,
