Flagstone Patio Saturday Project Part of our backyard makeover included creating a flagstone patio to use as our grill space. We started by digging up the grass and leveling the area. We laid down a weed barrier to keep the grass from coming back. To help raise some of the area, we added a couple paver base squares. Then we placed sand over the weed barrier and paver base, wetting the sand as we went. This helped to improve leveling. The sand will help keep the flagstone stable. We arranged the
