A lot of your problems in the kitchen has to do with what pots and pans you using! This is a something you need at least one of. I have 4 or 5 of them. I fry in my Dutch oven… and bake in it… and make my soups in it too. This cast iron don’t play about heat or flavor. It get hot when and how I need it, cook even every time, and it’s easy to clean up after.
