Nepali soldiers are racing to find survivors after catastrophic flash floods at the Nepal-Tibet border killed about 360 people and left hundreds others missing. The Nepali army on Thursday (Aug 27) released video of the rescue operation, showing soldiers carrying survivors to safety.
