May 25, 2017 · I have been checking realtor.com and various houses I have seen that are the same price, same city, can be different. I looked the county up it gives an average price. In the listing it says what the tax assessment for the previous year is. But I have also heard that can change when you buy it.

May 7, 2007 · I have all my listings on realtor.com linked with a virtual tour. I get a weekly report from the virtual tour company that says how many hits the listing received and from what website they came from (realtor.com, my website, my company's website, local MLS, or other) I don't know of any other way to see how many hits you get on realtor.com.

Apr 12, 2018 · The pictures for the home I bought were up for almost 2 years or Realtor.com, I figured they would expire or be automatically taken down after purchase but I had to request it and they took them down. I think they were also taken off of Zillow automatically but I had to contact because they were still up, but they took them down.
