Apr 26, 2021 · I'm trying to play season 2 (in the Definitive Series on PC) but every time I finish the opening with Omid's death I get stuck in an infinite black loading screen. Ambient noise from the intro continues to play in the background but otherwise the game becomes completely unresponsive and I have to alt tab out to close it.

Feb 8, 2013 · To recover from this issue, locate an episode with save data and use the Rewind Menu to select a save point to load. The checkpoint should load and the next time the game saves, the black screen should no longer occur.
