Nov 14, 2024 · The heel of the Glycerin 21 is comfortable. The shoe grabs the heel and does not allow for any slippage whatsoever. There is a good deal of foam that wraps the heel but it doesn't intrude on the heel or ankle which makes it a standout in its high cushion category.
