How did a good sized batcave get built without the land above it being torn up and without requiring a huge construction crew?

Mar 12, 2017 · No doubt when Batman started placing equipments and lighting into the Batcave the bats were compelled to go deeper into the cave (or further from Batman's operations). The various changes to the environment caused by the equipment, primarily noise and temperature, would have made for a less desirable living space for most of the bats.

Dec 8, 2014 · Since it's a heavy part of the established canon that "The Batcave contains bats" (along with "Bruce's parents are dead" and "Bruce Wayne is Batman") I think we can reasonably assume that the Batcave in the Nolan trilogies is similarly bat friendly. Jul 5, 2016 · The caves were originally pretty much just renovated to have supports so there wasn't a lot to maintain. Later, this was renovated to be used as part of the underground railroad which put in a lot of secret passages and minimum structural stuff there.
