There was a time when it was believed that the album cover had a subliminal message towards Ozzy Osbourne. This is based on the cracks in the floor on the right side where the word "Ozzy" can be seen, while otherwise it looks like "Kill Ozzy".

It is rumoured that the cover art for this album, by famed artist Greg Hildebrandt, contains a heavily-disguised message that reads "KILL OZZY,". It is apparently located toward the bottom of the picture, on the ground, written in a dark, crimson colour.
