Fellow Grammy award-winner SZA was announced as Lamar's official surprise guest for the halftime show. The pair, who are touring together later this year, have many songs together: "30 For 30," "luther," "gloria," "Doves in the Wind," "Babylon" and "All the Stars," an Oscar-nominated hit song from the "Black Panther" soundtrack.

R&B artist Usher was the headliner of last year’s half-time show, with help from will.i.am, Alicia Keys and Ludacris, as well as many props. At the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Usher took the stage wearing an all-white outfit and was greeted by a throng of vivacious dancers.
