A t least four people were killed and 30 others were wounded in shootings across Chicago during the Fourth of July weekend, according to police. The ages of the victims range from 16 to 52.

At least 11 people were wounded in separate shootings during the July 4th weekend in Chicago, police said. The first incident was reported at approximately 11:11 p.m. Friday in the 4800 block of South Justine in the Back of the Yards neighborhood. In that shooting, two suspects approached a crowd of people and opened fire, police said.

At least 33 people have been shot, three fatally, so far during the Fourth of July weekend in Chicago since Thursday night.
