The process of filling out registration forms and the completion of other related formalities of new employees are done by the employers, who transmit them to EOBI electronically.

According to an EOBI announcement, the employers can register under Section 11(2) of EOBI Act by depositing their own contribution of Rs20 in the form of a challan as set out in PR-03A.
