LOUISVILLE, Ky. — The Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport had another record breaking year in 2024. A spokesperson for the airport said they welcomed more than 4.8 million passengers into the airport, making it their second consecutive year passenger traffic reached an all-time high.

The Airport Authority revealed Wednesday that the airport welcomed 4.8 million passengers last year, a 3.6% year-over-year increase from 2023, which saw 4.6 million passengers pass through SDF.
