Team India ODI vice-captain Shubman Gill provided a crucial fitness update on talismanic batter Virat Kohli after the Men in Blue’s four-wicket win against England at the Vidarbha Cricket Association (VCA) Stadium in Nagpur.

Virat Kohli missed the first ODI against England in Nagpur due to a sore right knee. He is expected to be available on February 9 in Cuttack for the second game.

A Times of India report states that Kohli is likely to feature in India's Playing XI for the second ODI in Cuttack.
