The Oakland community is mourning the tragic loss of Wayne Shaw, the older brother of legendary rapper Too Short. Shaw, 61, was fatally shot on Wednesday morning, January 24, while reportedly protecting a marijuana grow operation in East Oakland.
The shooting happened Sunday, just after 6 p.m., in the southbound lanes, just north of Oakland Park Boulevard.
