Lawyers for Bryan Kohberger are challenging various types of evidence ahead of his murder trial for allegedly killing four Idaho college students.

Kohberger's attorneys argue that a slate of evidence used in the affidavit was collected in violation of the suspect's Fourth Amendment rights.

Citing constitutional rights and privacy violations, his defense submitted 14 briefs with the court Thursday evening in efforts to have evidence possessed by prosecutors thrown out before trial.
