A Maryland man was arrested last week after he was seen in a stunning video clinging to the front of a moving school bus after a student allegedly threw a bottle out a window, officials said.

A police spokeswoman told WBAL that investigators are looking into Doran's claim that something was thrown out of the bus' window.
