Off-duty NYPD Traffic Agent arrested in the Bronx
An off-duty New York City employee was arrested Thursday morning, according to the NYPD. Robin Artis was taken into custody around 11 a.m. The 27-year-old is an NYPD Traffic Agent, police say. Artis was charged with leaving the scene of an accident with an injury.
