The one with the lake and the red pack isn't a spotlight image. It is one of the built in Windows lock screen images. That is why there is no information. I see repeat images with Spotlight working.

Background-- when I first upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, I thought the daily-changing Spotlight image was ... (it might be an image from Crater Lake, Oregon, but I don't know).
