Tucked away near the top of Berkeley's Strawberry Canyon, the 34-acre UC Botanical Garden offers a surprise around nearly every bend -- architectural marvels, ancient fossils and sweeping views.

One hundred and fifty years of history are shown through 35 pieces of artwork displayed at the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden. The exhibition depicts iconic Berkeley locations until Sunday.

On Wednesday, October 21 from 9:30am to 11am, the UC Berkeley Botanical Garden hosts it's October Bird Walk. You can see lingering summer visitors and early winter arrivals. Registration is required.

The garden is open Wednesday through Monday from 10:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission prices and information are available on the Botanical Garden website, botanicalgarden.berkeley.edu.
