The rapper indeed made history. Roc Nation announced that his halftime show is now the most-watched Super Bowl performance of all time with a monster 133.5 million viewers, dethroning Michael Jackson's longstanding record of 133.4 million viewers in 1993.

Rapper Kendrick Lamar is fresh off one of the biggest nights of his life, winning all five categories he was nominated for in a historic Grammys sweep for his hit "Not Like Us," and things are not slowing down anytime soon for the now 22-time Grammy winner.

Kendrick Lamar will be the halftime entertainment this year on Super Bowl Sunday at the Superdome in New Orleans. It’ll be his first solo halftime performance for the Super Bowl, but this will be the second time he’s graced the stage. He made an appearance during Dr. Dre’s halftime performance in 2022.
