According to charging documents, Teen Two was part of a riot at Echo Glenn on Aug. 20, 2022, accused of causing between $175,000 and $225,000 in damage to the facility.

One of the teens involved has escaped from Echo Glen before. Records show he escaped in Jan. 2022 and was returned their to complete his detention. He is one of the two teens serving time for murder.
