Seismic mapping of North America has revealed that an ancient ... seismic waves to extract all the available information about physical parameters underground.

The first part is styled “The Anatomy of Wood and certain Physical Properties of Wood”; and the second part “Timbers of Temperate North America”, to which is attached a descriptive key.
