The Toronto Maple Leafs took the ice Friday ahead of their matchup against the Winnipeg Jets with a notable development unfolding in their crease. Goaltender Anthony Stolarz participated in a full practice for the first time since suffering an injury on Nov. 11 against the Boston Bruins, marking a significant step in his recovery process.

Maple Grove Farm in Afton, Tennessee, will host its “Open House” maple syrup tour, demonstration, and tasting event on Jan. 24 to give the public a chance to see how pure syrup is made up close. The Open House program is free to the public and will be on Jan.

One person was killed and another critically injured after a late-night crash Saturday when a vehicle struck a tree on Rockside Road, police said.
