Lady Gaga has topped the UK album charts for the fifth time with Mayhem, the Official Charts Company has confirmed. The 38-year-old, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, previously reached number with her debut album The Fame (2008),

"Mayhem" is the love child of Mother Monster's two most commercially successful albums, 2008's "The Fame" and 2011's "Born This Way."
