A family of 24 was preparing for a Christmas photo when the deck they were standing on suddenly collapsed sending them all crashing to the ground.

An Indiana family who fell about 15 feet when a deck at a neighborhood building collapsed last year plans to sue the construction company and homeowners association responsible for the structure.
