Suspected mole Frank Hydell was the victim of Mafia justice – he was killed just hours after talking to the feds, said a former FBI agent who testified in Peter Gotti’s trial yesterday.

Marino, 70, admitted last year that while in jail in 1998 he gave approval to whack Frank Hydell, who fellow Gambino associates believed was cooperating with the FBI, prosecutors said.
