A Delta Airlines plane flipped upon arrival at Toronto’s Pearson Airport on Monday and paramedics say at least eight people are injured.

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines is offering $30,000 to every passenger on board a flight that crash landed in Toronto earlier this week, ABC News has learned. The flight, which left Minneapolis for Toronto Pearson International Airport, had 80 people on board and all were evacuated. Some 76 people were passengers and four were crew members.

Less than two days after Delta Air Lines offered $30,000 to each passenger on board the flight that crashed and flipped in Toronto on Monday afternoon, the company is facing its first two lawsuits in the incident — and they likely won't be the last.

As investigators work to determine what caused Delta Flight 4819 to crash and overturn at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Monday, the Toronto Pearson president and CEO noted the "extreme conditions" at the airport in the days before the dramatic incident.

Delta said that claims spreading online alleging the captain and first officer had failed training events were false, and both crew members are Federal Aviation Administration-certified for their positions.
