I have checked APC's site and they do not list specifically what Voltage battery it takes nor do replacement battery sites from what I've seen.<BR><BR>If anyone knows, thanks in advance!

Old battery's probably swelled up and that's why it's getting stuck. Don't be shy about removing the entire top cover and front of the frame, if needed.
