Gov. Brian Kemp has issued a State of Emergency for all of Georgia over the incoming winter weather. Here's what it says and what the forecast is.

Areas in the north Georgia mountains will see between 3-6 inches of snow with locally higher amounts possible farther north into the mountains. Snowfall totals of 1-2 inches will be common around I-20 with 0.1-0.25 inch of ice possible. The northern suburbs in metro Atlanta will see between 2-3 inches of snow.
