Prosecutors and a lawyer for a woman charged with sneaking aboard a New York-to-Paris flight said Wednesday they'll try to work out a plea deal for her. In the meantime, Svetlana Dali pleaded not guilty to a stowaway charge and was ordered held without bail.

Svetlana Dali, who allegedly snuck onto a Delta Air Lines flight from NYC to Paris, has been indicted by a grand jury in New York.

A Russian woman who was arrested after she stowed away on a flight from New York to Paris was indicted Monday by a federal grand jury in Brooklyn. Svetlana Dali, 57, was indicted on a stowaway charge that carries a maximum penalty of five years in prison.
