Several MBTA passengers were rescued with rafts from a trolley that was stranded in icy floodwaters in Milton, Massachusetts, Tuesday morning. The Milton fire chief said an overflowing ice dam inundated the Mattapan Line Milton station Tuesday morning. Initially, the MBTA said a water main break was suspected.
