Before then, a lucky lottery ticket holder in Illinois took home a $344 million jackpot on March 25, while another lucky person hit the Mega Millions jackpot on Jan. 17 for $113 million.

M ega Millions winning numbers are in for the Friday, June 27 drawing with a jackpot that reached an estimated $348 million ($155.5 million cash option). The winning numbers for Friday's Mega Millions drawing are 18, 21, 29, 42, and 50, with Mega Ball number 2.

Mega Millions tickets are sold in 45 states, Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Tickets are $5 each and include a randomly assigned multiplier, multiplying the base prize levels by 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X.
