No. Unless you have a lot of time, and can visit at a time and day when the huge groups of tour groups are there. Not sure about advance tickets, but the tickets allow you to choose …

No. Unless you have a lot of time, and can visit at a time and day when the huge groups of tour groups are there. Not sure about advance tickets, but the tickets allow you to choose a time and date. There are LOTS of fabulous things to see and do in Vienna. The Spanish Riding School is a very special and unique experience. The Prater park is great fun for all ages, and the Ferris is wheel is wonderful. But tickets in advance. The Prater also has a chocolate museum, another of my favorites, especially the classes. See Trip Advisor for info on it and tickets. Musical events, historical churches, and food are all abundant and worthy of visits. Good luck, bring good walking shoes, and have a terrific visit!!

The history is fascinating and you can move at your own pace and skip sections if you like. As for photos, you can take pictures without flash in the silver/gold collections, but other areas are more prohibitive. Hope that helps. Have a fabulous trip!
