Can someone who does not have publisher open a .pub file? I would like to create a document in publisher and send it out to a number of of people. I dont know whether or not they have publisher. will they be able to open and read this file even if they dont have it?
Can't open or use Internet Explorer or Google Chrome Last week we started having trouble opening internet explorer. We at first got a message that problem with the iexplore.exe file. We have run virus scans, fixed registry, uninstalled and reinstalled IE and still can't get it to open.
